Nick Frost could be joining The Batman movie as The Penguin…

The upcoming new Batman film, titled simply The Batman, has so far been as mysterious as the caped crusader himself.

Besides the fact that the character of Batman will be featured, we know pretty much nothing else about Matt Reeves’ film.

However, one piece of news that has popped up online is that The Penguin is apparently going to be the featured villain of the movie.

And it sounds like one fan-favorite actor is willing to throw his hat in the ring, with British actor Nick Frost one of the names in the ring to fill Oswald Cobblepot’s black and white shoes.

Frost is known for his collaborations with Simon Pegg, particularly the ‘Cornetto Trilogy’ of Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and The World’s End.

Considering Frost’s filmography, it’s certainly easy to picture him in the role of The Penguin. Frost certainly has plenty of experience in the nerd space. He’s deadly funny with all the characters he portrays in each and every film.
