Welcome Culturedemandsgeeks as the South Island welcomes back the two geek events for the year with Christchurch this weekend (11/12th) and Dunedin next (18/19th). This is your chance to meet stars from Justice League, Lord of the Rings, The Walking Dead, Pokemon and more!

In this post are the event showguides, with floor plans, exhibitors and schedules. These are available at the event, but feel free to print them off so that your prepared.

Tickets for Christchurch are selling fast, so you can order yours now and avoid queues (as well as the special early access pass, exclusive to pre-sale only) or you can buy your tickets at the door on the day. Dunedin is door sales only, so be ready for that. Onwards to glory!

Held in Auckland since 1995, Wellington since 2001 and Christchurch/Melbourne since 2007, Armageddon has a long history of events. Below is a listing of where and when as well as who attended these shows!

#CHCHGEDDON and #DUNEGEDDON Guest Line up!

This years line-up is packed with an incredible diversity of amazing talent, most of which have never been to New Zealand before including The Justice Leagues’ Cyborg, RAY FISHER and The Walking Dead and Arrow star CHAD COLEMAN. Furthering this amazing list is Game of Thrones’ MILTOS YEROLEMOU, Classic Doctor Who companion Victoria, DEBORAH WATLING and Lord of The Rings Hobbit BILLY BOYD! Appearing in Christchurch for one day only is The Shannara Chronicles and Pans Labyrinth’s IVANA BAQUERO.

The 2017 Christchurch and Dunedin events also bring with them an epic collection of animation and comic guests including; VERONICA TAYLOR (Pokemon, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), CHRISTOPHER COREY SMITH (Lego Batman), CINDY ROBINSON (Sailor Moon), TOM TAYLOR (ALL-NEW WOLVERINE) and COLIN WILSON (Judge Dredd). Appearing at Dunedin only is HYNDEN WALCH of Adventure Time and Teen Titans fame.
